Today, I’d like to highlight a booklet that I co-wrote with other experts called Downsizing in Place.
The term downsizing was created in the 90’s as a term used to “soften the blow” of being fired. I guess people thought it sounded better. The term evolved into the process seniors faced when they moved from their large, long-time homes to a smaller space as they retired and aged. Again the term “downsizing” was not seen as positive. Today, with the unstable economy, people are focusing on living with less or downsizing. It’s amazing the freedom that this type of lifestyle can bring you. People want to live a quality life instead of a quantity life.
The booklet offers many tips to help you move towards living a smaller, yet larger life! If you would like a copy of Downsizing in Place, go to my web site and fill out the form to receive a copy.
