What’s in Your Medicine Cabinet?

This is an important post. Cleaning out your medicine cabinet will not only make it more organized and efficient, it will also make it safer. Expired, out-dated medicine can be dangerous, so you should do a quick purge of this small space every 6 months.

Here’s what you should have in a medicine cabinet:

  1. Ibuprofen
  2. Acetaminophen
  3. Cough medicine
  4. Benadryl
  5. Hydro-cortisone cream
  6. Antibiotic ointment
  7. Band-aids
  8. Calamine lotion
  9. Toothpaste & tooth-brush
  10. Dental floss
  11. Antacids
  12. A thermometer
  13. Tweezers
  14. Nail clippers
  15. Saline spray

There are many other items that you will personally use that need to be added to this list. For me, it’s my contact lense supplies. What else would you add?
