We are going to change it up this week and concentrate on one space and one task through the whole week. Sometimes you just need to trudge through it to get it done. Don’t get overwhelmed. Focus on a small area of a room. Set a timer and only work for a short amount of time. Every little bit helps. Soon you will see a difference.
Pick a spot in your home that seems to always be cluttered. Is it the toy room, craft room, or office papers? You get to pick. Spend 15 minutes a day making a concentrated effort to declutter. Focus on one type of item at a time. Maybe pick up trash for 15 minutes or stand in front of your closet and pick out items to donate for that period of time. Spend 15 minutes sorting toys, folding linens or gathering like-kinds of craft supplies.
Spend just 15 minutes in the same space every day this week and you will see an amazing difference by Friday.
