Use recycled plastic shopping bags and two of those wonderful, “best-invention-since-the-Post-it-Note” Command hooks to make a trash receptacle for the laundry area. Position the hooks level horizontally, about a trash bag’s width apart, in a convenient spot for you to toss dryer lint, used dryer sheets, and all the other debris that seems to materialize in the laundering process. Once the hooks are placed, wrap each handle of the shopping bag around each hook. Keep a supply of used shopping bags handy for replacements once the bag is full.
Handy, easy, organized and green!
