Get Organized in 2012 – Week 35

It seems that there has been a back-to-school theme lately in my posts. It’s that time of year. It’s on my mind. So the organizing focus this week will be on getting some small spaces re-organized now that your families focus turns to soccer practice and homework.

Week 35

Day 1. Declutter and contain the sports equipment. Let go of what the kids have grown out of or broken items.

Day 2. Do the same with your gardening equipment. What didn’t you use this year? Let it go.

Day 3. Focus on the yard toys. Eliminate what is broken or didn’t get played with this summer.

Day 4. Pare down any other summer equipment like, camping gear or pool paraphernalia.

Day 5. Do a quick sweep of the  storage area. Anything else that needs to be reexamined, refreshed or renewed? Then do a literal “sweep of the room”.

Good and done!
