When I need to carry several different categories of important documents with me (to a meeting or traveling) I use Pendaflex Divide-It-Up folders. It’s a folder with three different interior compartments, each with their own tab.
These folders allow me to separate different topics within the same folder, so I can file everything needed for a certain meeting and have it all sorted and ready to discuss when ready.
