There is a great article called 21 Ways to Crush Your Procrastination. There are some great tips on how to get started when you don’t have the get-up-and-go. The tip that I have recently used is number 19. Get Up Early. Lately, I have been trying to be more physically active, but I can never find time during my day. I found that getting up and out the door early works for me. I get my workout in before my day starts.
